“ One of the original pioneers of ramen in Indonesia, ikkudo ichi has stood the test of time as an institution that serves a consistently good bowl of ramen. There has been a renovation done recently, and the place is now clean and spacious. The newly renovated area offers indoor and outdoor seating, both of which are comfortable and clean. For the food itself, ikkudo ichi specializes in tonkotsu ramen and it stands on a bit more of the pricier side with a single bowl and ocha easily going over 100,000 Rp. You do pay for quality however the result is an extremely thick broth with equally thick (customizable) noodles. The noodles don't soak up the broth as much as others, but the extreme flavour of the broth still comes through with the taste of the pork alone. Overall, food is good, ambience is good, everything is good ”

“ I love love love their ramen! I mean, whats not to love when its non halal #noshame The broth is so much more rich & flavorful. I ordered their spicy buta ramen, regular size; apparently small size is for kids only. I enjoyed the tender sliced pork and perfectly cooked half boiled egg. I however feel like the broth was overpowered with spiciness, maybe should stick with the original. Its the kind of spicy that you would feel in your throat rather on your lips. The serving time is quick, which I also think a plus point. Clean bathroom. Overall, good experience and pretty recommended! ”
“ We ordered Buta Kara Ramen and Buta Signature Ramen. You can choose the ramen to be straight or curly and the portion of the ramen, small or regular. The broth is delicious and the slice of the meat is thick. The serving time of the food is quick and the waitress is fast response. ”
